WARRANTY

This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a Fonaca product purchased from Fonaca or a Fonaca Authorized dealer. This warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.

We warrant that your Fonaca product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use under the documentation provided for twelve (12) months following your receipt of the product from Fonaca or Fonaca Authorized dealer. During this twelve (12) month period, users may return Fonaca product(s) for warranty service only for the following reason(s): Product material defect. Product defect. Inability of connection to the compatible device. The warranty does not apply nor is exclusive to: The damages or problems resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration of the product(s). If your Fonaca product(s) should prove to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair it, or replace it if necessary, without charge to you.

If you must ship or mail the product to Fonaca for warranty service, you must prepay all shipping & handling costs and assume all risks of loss or damage in transit. Fonaca will NOT accept products for warranty service for the following reasons: any opened items unless defective or damage to the item(s) due to shipping. You must obtain a shipment damage report from your shipper and submit it to Fonaca before obtaining the FNA number if you must return the product for warranty.

Before you return the item, you must obtain an FNA number from Fonaca or Fonaca Authorized dealer. Items returned to us without an FNA number will be returned to the sender without the package being opened or inspected.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, FONACA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE CONCERNING THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FONACA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR PROFIT OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES (EVEN IF FONACA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). ALL LIABILITY BY FONACA HEREUNDER IS EFXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ANY AMOUNTS PAID TO FONACA FOR THE PRODUCT'S PURCHASE.
